Botminds V11
16 June 2021Error Marking:
With the latest release, we've brought in the much awaited Error Marking Feature.
A reviewer can now mark any annotation as an error after adding appropriate comments.
The annotator can check on the comments and can resolve it after updating the annotated section/keyword.
For the user's ease, we've added a couple of additional summary filters to view the error/corrected annotations alone.
- Show Error Only
Summary Versions Comparison:
This is yet another useful feature to compare the different summary versions for a given document. On every workflow stage change, a document summary version will be created. The reviewer can quickly choose any 2 versions for a document and compare the annotations between them. This way, the user gets an idea of the annotation transitions that the document has gone through.
Marketplace - Platform Support for Demo Mode:
One of the main visions of Botminds is to have a marketplace where anyone can come, build solutions using our portal and sell them to anyone.
As a starting step towards that, a separate page has been built for marketplace in our website, where we've hosted a few pre-built point solutions with a Try now option to go with it as well.
Clicking on the Try now, the user will land directly on our product page, where we show the original document and an abstracted summary of it.
We also have guided tour for new users in order to assist the users. The demo mode, however will enable the user to have restricted access on the product.
Revised Feedback Form:
We now have a new user interface for providing feedback. The user can give feedback on the product in a simple and a much more efficient way.
As we've been doing before, we treat every single feedback seriously and act on them.
Audit Logging:
Another much awaited feature is the Audit Logging. Any user activity in the portal is now tracked. This helps the project admin to stay in control of the entire project. The admin can view the audit logs from the project settings page.
We've also given different filters (for ex: User, Date range, Documents, etc.) to see the activities specific to the applied conditions.
The audit logs can also be exported to an excel file.
Cell Context Annotation:
A new type of annotation has been introduced to identify the relationship between the cells in a table.
This is a step towards improving our Table understanding capability. This annotation process has been made a whole lot easier.
Previously we used to select each cell in a table assign label individually. Now, the source cell (Ex: Row header, Column header) can be selected and then the list of target cells (Ex: Row cells, Column cells) associated can be selected and label assigning happens in just a single click.
In addition to this, instead of selecting the target cells individually, the user can use our draw and select option to choose all the target cells with ease.
Bug Fixes:
Testing team identified issues and fixed a few critical bugs along with this release
