• Default Questions Displayed
  Pre-configured prompts are automatically shown when a chatbot is launched. Configure via:
  Process Center → Chat → Default Questions.
• Follow-Up Prompts Available
  Enable seamless conversations by setting follow-up generation logic in each chatbot prompt. Users can continue with one click.
• Reference Persistence Enabled
  Context from prior questions is preserved, allowing uninterrupted chat even after a page refresh or during a new query session.
