Botminds 2022 - Recap of a Transformative Year

It’s that time of the year – when we reflect on the year gone by and are wrapping up plans for a brand new one.  And what a year it’s been for Botminds. A year of many firsts that we are proud of.

First things first, we’ll start with our raison d'etre – the platform.

Botminds AI platform has taken a huge leap forward

For those of you who are new here - Botminds AI is an AI-first platform for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Intelligent Automation (IA) which is differentiated by being no-code and vertically integrated with end-to-end automation. Innovation on steroids, that's what we can say proudly, when we look back at the capabilities we added to our platform. Some highlights from this year are -

• We introduced Botminds Drive embedded storage within projects which got extended to Botminds Data Lake with the addition of Datasheets
• We introduced native connectors for SharePoint and for all widely used search engines. Also, we released pre-trained listing page link extractor model
• We completely overhauled the experience by grouping features along the lines of Capture, Search, Analyze and Automate - resonating with our core message of IDP 2.0
• Semantic Search Engine - with which users can enter Natural Language Queries and a number of other powerful features
• Introduction of Datafeeds and Webhooks made integration with any downstream systems more intuitive and seamless

The most recent release v18 of the platform is perhaps most power-packed one. We introduced the best of world annotation experience - taking a notch higher from 'point & click annotate' world to 'paint to annotate' world and the big bang addition of Native support for RPA bots in our platform.

We are now available on the Microsoft Azure platform

Botminds customers can now leverage the scalability, reliability, and agility of our Azure-certified solution to turbocharge their business processes.  The Botminds AI platform is available on the Microsoft Azure platform in two deployment models - 1) Private cloud deployment 2) SaaS Solution

Fusion 2022 – our inaugural Partner Conference

The year was ‘event-ful’  (pun intended) - we participated in several industry conferences.

But the most special one was our own.  We hosted our first-ever Automation Partner Conference – Fusion 2022. It was one of the biggest events we’ve conducted as an organization, and very well-received. We were thrilled and honoured to have our partners talk in glowing terms about how our platform is solving real-world business problems for their clients, our relationship and our joint vision for the journey ahead.  The line up had great speakers from the IA CoE, Business and Operations teams of Microsoft, Cognizant, RRD, Tredence, SLK,  OptiSol and more.

We launched our Community program!

The Botminds AI Community was launched in Q3 2022 with the intent to bring together Developers, IDP & RPA consultants, IPA & RPA COE team members, Automation consultants to learn, share and grow together.  In a very short span of few weeks, the community hit the 200+ milestone. We are more heartened by the vibrant exchange of ideas, suggestions and conversations between our community members.

We also launched the Botminds AI Developer Certification Program which is for beginners and advanced level automation aspirants who wish to get more proficient in Intelligent Automation. They receive hands-on training on the Botminds AI platform with instructor-led video tutorials – in a 3-stage learning program.
